Is it that people read about elves when they do not themselves suuceed in having elf/gnome like things in their own life. Succeed in doing, getting space to have such hobbies or such way of life and work. And so it seems important to respect the ways and wisdom of those who do such in good ways and naturally have room for such in their lives.
